About the Role:

The Team:

We are looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to join the Enterprise Solutions marketing team, which is part of the wider Global Marketing team within the S&P Global Market Intelligence division. You will be joining a group of marketing professionals dedicated to delivering strategic marketing campaigns for our portfolio of software solutions supporting mission-critical workflows across financial markets. This role will focus on executing marketing programs in support of our private markets and lending solutions, including the iLEVEL and WSO products.

Responsibilities and Impact:

We are seeking a marketer, with experience from at least one other organization, who will help us meet the business’s sales targets by supporting awareness and lead generation campaigns designed to inform and engage our audiences. In this role, you will work closely with the director of marketing to execute campaigns and/or events that are delivered on time and to a high standard, keeping the customer and our business objectives top of mind.

  • Managing a program of trade show engagements throughout the year, from sourcing costs and designing packages that meet our needs, to working with the business to ensure we get the most out of our attendance

  • Supporting our digital campaigns across platforms, including LinkedIn and Google

  • Designing, implementing and reporting on email campaigns within our email marketing platform and designing and hosting webinars using the ON24 platform

  • Using our project management tools to submit campaigns and tactics to our central teams, whether that be brand and creative, web or digital

  • Keeping our marketing collateral and web presence up-to-date.

  • Tracking campaigns within Salesforce and measuring success based on marketing qualitied leads (MQLs) and marketing engaged leads (MELs)

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,093 to $113,135. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Basic Required Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level

Preferred Qualifications

  • An interest in the financial markets and the technology that supports them

  • Breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of marketing processes and systems

  • Experience of executing digital marketing campaigns

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, teamwork and organizational skills, as well as presentation and facilitation skills

  • Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and work with multiple different teams across the globe

  • Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization, including understanding of global/ regional/ country organizational dynamics

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to embrace change
