How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Campaign Operations Manager at Epsilon, you'll be at the forefront of orchestrating transformative digital marketing initiatives. Your role will be pivotal in crafting tailored campaign management and marketing automation strategies that drive client success. By leveraging your expertise in digital technologies and your dedication to client satisfaction, you will steer complex, high-stakes projects to fruition, making a substantial contribution to both client outcomes and our company's growth in this ever-evolving industry.
What You'll Achieve:
Spearhead the planning, execution, and completion of campaign operations and marketing automation projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Develop and refine project work plans, adjusting to meet dynamic client needs and project specifications.
Oversee the daily operational aspects of ongoing projects, including scope management and resource allocation.
Review project deliverables from your team to ensure high-quality output before client handover.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, stored and organized effectively.
Build and nurture robust client relationships, acting as the key liaison and advocate for their campaign objectives.
Champion current projects while identifying opportunities for future business engagements with clients.
Stay adept with emerging marketing technologies, ensuring clients remain at the forefront of innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve project impediments efficiently.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in managing digital marketing projects, specifically within campaign management and automation.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects within an enterprise software context.
Extensive experience collaborating with external clients on intricate project implementations.
Proficiency with campaign solutions such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, Marketo, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with project and workflow management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Workfront, Monday, Asana, etc.).
Strong problem-solving aptitude and conflict resolution capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to navigate and lead change management processes with finesse.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a motivating and inspiring approach.
Why you might stand out from other talent:
Account management experience in a marketing context.
PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation.
Background or experience in Consulting/Agency/IT Services focusing on Digital Marketing initiatives.
Pay Range: $91,500 - $152,500
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
