Full Job DescriptionA leading Real Estate company is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a remote, 6+ month freelance opportunity. Location: RemoteDuration: February 2025 - June 2025Hours: 40 hours a weekRate Range: $18/hour - $22/hour MUST HAVES:Experience designing social media postsPresentation design experienceExperience creating marketing emailsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and expert in InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite)Familiarity with Asana is a plusMust have computer with the necessary software (Adobe Creative Suite)Strong communication skills and process-oriented mindsetCommercial Real Estate experience is a plusKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce sophisticated graphic design artwork to support executive management's creative vision. Assist in creating compelling and professional presentation layouts, advertisements, promotional materials, offering memorandum, etc. Manage heavy edits and change processes once initial drafts are created. Create compelling social media content. Collaborate with corporate marketing and maintain a robust social media calendar. Adhere to brand standards while continually improving design.KEY ATTRIBUTES/EXPERIENCE:1+ year of graphic design experience in a professional setting within real estate is preferredExpertise in social media and email distribution platforms such as (Constant Contact, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and expert in InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite)Intermediate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelSelf-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.Enthusiasm, positive attitude, and ability to work with a team.Ability to handle direct feedback in a professional manner.Good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.Ability to learn quickly.Regularly manage tight deadlines and changing priorities.
