Job Description

A utilities company is looking to hire an Estimator for a contract assignment in the Nyack area. The role will specialize in quantity take off support, or developing construction cost estimates and coordinates for major construction projects. This candidate will need to come with a strong proficiency in estimating within HCSS Heavybid as it is the central software used on all projects. Other responsibilities will include: maintaining estimate logs and accurate data within the database, analyze construction costs and pre-bid evaluations, and some light local travel to job sites.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using HCSS Heavybid for construction estimating work

• Strong communication skills

• A valid driver's license null
