RequirementsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Designing enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing competitive benchmarking and financial statement analysis; • Developing integrated operating model strategies by assessing a client’s business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending an asset-leveraging focused solution, using current state assessment, value chain analysis, customer journey mapping, and client stakeholder and SME interviews; • Designing and implementing transformations, enhancements, optimizations, and improved business processes that are flexible and resilient to changing operational strategy; • Analyzing and visualizing data, drawing insights, and recommending solutions to specific challenges, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel data analysis tools, including Scenario Manager, PivotTables, What-If Analysis, Data Sorting and Filtering, Data Validation, Data Tables and Charts, Data Analysis Functions, and Goal Seek; • Designing and developing product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions by analyzing data from competitive intelligence, marketing, sales, customer success, and finance, utilizing financial statement analysis, customer segmentation, competitive benchmarking, and price modelling; • Performing data manipulation, analysis, and modeling, and developing data charts, data lookups, array functions, think-cell graphs, and planning and optimization models, utilizing MS Excel data analysis tools, including PivotTables, What-If Analysis, Data Sorting and Filtering, Data Tables and Charts, and Data Analysis Functions; • Building advanced presentations to include project timeline charts, visual graphics, infographics, clean and consistent formatting, storyboarding, industry snapshots, client analysis, executive summaries, and client case studies and credentials, and delivering to client stakeholders, utilizing MS PowerPoint SmartArt, charts and graphs, shapes and icons, and leading client meetings and workshops; and • Mentoring junior practitioners by providing feedback, sharing project experiences, and supporting network-building skills.
