Synthesize overall talent and workforce strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios and wireframe artifacts; facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Defining, building, and implementing programs that enable the success of transformation goals utilizing Atlassian Jira Dashboards to document any Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) items; • Participating in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, programs, and investments and providing actionable solutions utilizing user maps and decision trees to document pain points for current users and reflect the perspective of the users interaction to measure the value of the organizational activities; • Driving industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel, Power Automate and SQL for tracking patterns and associations, outliers to build models for automation of recurring tasks and Tableau to present the findings; • Facilitating workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensuring a positive user experience; • Creating business case decision models and customer financial models and executing process mapping to optimize operational productivity, forecasting, and budgeting processes, utilizing business process design mapping, and creating prototypes of the designs in MS Visio; • Participating in the full lifecycle of a project, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing, utilizing Jira to log and manage defects, and present design ideas to the client and implementing the same on the enterprise management cloud platform; • Facilitating requirements gathering workshops; interfacing with client stakeholders to gather functional requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into solutions for organizational development and change management; and • Tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing project management tools to track milestones and developing dashboards using Tableau to monitor potential risk percentages.
