JPMorgan Chase Communications Senior Associate for Connected Commerce - Influencer in New York, New York

The Chase Card and Connected Commerce Communications team is looking for a communications pro with expertise in influencer management and engagement. Reporting to the Head of External Communications for Connected Commerce, you will primarily develop and support influencer engagement programs for Chase's Connected Commerce business (Chase Travel, Dining, Offers & Shopping and Lending Innovation).

As a communications Senior Associate within the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Communications team, you will be a member of a high-performing team that communicates with honesty, authenticity and empathy. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the VP of Influencer Engagement for Card, as well as other members of the Card and Connected Commerce External Communications team on 360 integrated marketing / communications campaigns across both the Card and Connected Commerce businesses. You will also manage multiple projects, collaborate with a team but also work on your own, this is an excellent opportunity for you to be challenged.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing, presenting and executing strategic and tactical influencer programs that build awareness and affinity for Chase's Connected Commerce business

  • Lead influencer campaigns that elevate the overall benefits of credit cards, as well as specific products across Chase's Connected Commerce business and credit card portfolio

  • Help to oversee and collaborate with communications/PR agency on influencer campaign execution and measurement

  • Collaborate with internal and external Chase Card and Connected Commerce Communications and Marketing teams (social, brand/advertising, video, content), functional groups (e.g., Legal, Controls), and support agencies to execute campaigns

  • Protect and enhance the reputation of the firm with a particular focus on ensuring all influencer work adheres to FTC guidelines

  • Some domestic travel required

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a communications/PR or marketing role with a focus on influencer engagement

  • Proven experience in paid and earned influencer relations, and executing influencer campaigns that support business results

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Relationship building and collaborative decision-making skills; the ability to inspire confidence from, and to collaborate closely with teams, internal stakeholders / senior leaders and external partners

  • Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills, including partnering effectively with executives, peers and other functional groups across the company (e.g., legal, marketing, etc.)

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and keep deliverables on track / flag potential delays

  • High level of independence, energy and integrity, demonstrating respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and taking accountability / accepting responsibility

  • Must be able to demonstrate speed, flexibility and adaptability. We need a go-getter with the ability to deliver on tight deadlines - and sometimes outside traditional business hours.
