Baruch College invites applications for the Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions position for the Zicklin School of Business. Reporting to the Director of Graduate Admissions, this position participates in the planning, implementation, and assessment of recruitment activities for portfolio of graduate programs, including MBA, MS, and Advanced Certificate programs. The Assistant Director is a key member of the admissions team and works collaboratively with other members of the Office of Graduate Admissions to achieve the School’s enrollment goals.
In addition to the CUNY Title Overview, duties include:
Assist with planning and facilitation of recruitment events (webinars, open houses, campus tours, off-campus fairs).
Conduct group presentations for prospective students.
Actively engage potential students in conversations via phone, 1:1 appointments, and via email about their graduate school plans, selection of a graduate program, and enrollment plan. Provide guidance on curriculum, financial aid, and other related issues.
Process, evaluate applications and coordinate the review process.
Support recruitment activities for all graduate programs, as needed.
Provide reporting on application and enrollment goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and four years' related experience required.

Supervises activities in an operational unit supporting Admissions and/or Enrollment.
Oversees staff activities; plans and monitors employee scheduling and coverage and coordinates training
Serves as liaison to one or more departments providing student support services, such as Financial Aid
Coordinates selection process activities such as applications review, verification of information, and timely forwarding of data to other CUNY areas
Coordinates mailings and other communications
Monitors activity and reports on both transactions and outcomes
Completes projects to improve services and enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
Performs related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$68,004 -$90,375; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
