Exciting Opportunity for Architects to Work on Complex Ground-Up Projects!

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Intermediate Architect/Job Captain to join our dynamic team. You will work directly under the Architectural Principal and Project Architect, supporting the delivery of projects through all phases, including design, documentation, and coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to conceptual design and client presentations.

  • Engage in design development, drafting, detailing, and preparing construction documents.

  • Collaborate closely with clients and in-house engineers.

  • Lead and mentor junior staff.

  • Assist engineers with architectural tasks related to engineering projects.

  • Manage the processing of shop drawings.

Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in Revit.

  • Extensive experience in architecture for complex buildings and new construction projects.

  • Strong client presentation skills.

  • 5+ years of professional experience.

  • Proven experience in engineering coordination.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work schedule with the entire office working from home on Fridays.

  • Collaborative, face-to-face environment with architects and engineers in-house.

  • Office located in midtown Manhattan.

  • Team consists of 2 architects, 6 engineers, principals, and administrative staff, totaling about 15-20 members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $44.00/hr.
