Job Description:

• The IWS US Advisory team is responsible for supporting the delivery of investment advice and implementation (including tools and programs such as Aladdin, Addepar and SMART) for Private Banking clients. Its objectives also include commercialization of advisory solutions.

• Prism (Advisory Proposition for Private Bank), a critical strategic initiative for GPB US, is scheduled to launch late 2024 / early 2025, Pre-launch, time-sensitive activities across multiple workstreams are in progress with cross-functional participation from WPB US

• In parallel, the team is managing BAU across the Aladdin and Addepar platforms as well as Front Office support.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure readiness of the program for Day 1 launch in various platforms (Aladdin, SEI, Addepar) in terms of data, investment models, recommended securities, etc.

• Create test cases and perform UAT of end-to-end client, staff, and investment journey.

• Develop training materials and launch guides for Front Office and other stakeholders.

• Create Target Operating Model and Desk Instruction Manuals as required.

• Liaise with Portfolio Managers and CIO teams regarding model portfolios and client portfolios implementation.

• Identify use cases, improvements, and deficiencies in the investment journey, i.e., be the voice of the internal and external client.

• Assist with management of data streams and account logic in Advisory platforms.

• Collaborate with Transformation and Technology partners and prioritize features for PI Planning.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years

Skills:

• Has a background in investments, and Wealth platforms and offerings, i.e, Managed Accounts/Advisory Propositions under the Registered Investment Advisor framework.

• Familiarity with data applications and tools, e.g., such as Aladdin, Addepar, etc.

• Ability to visualize processes and articulate them in verbal and written formats

• Team player, decision maker and stakeholder management

• Have a “can do” and “roll up the sleeves” attitude!

Education:

• Finance/Business/Economics preferred but experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management is more important than degree
