Join ActionLink's dynamic team as a Full-Time Area Manager and lead the charge in driving regional sales success for our Dyson Beauty Program!

As the Area Manager, you'll be at the forefront of overseeing, staffing, training, scheduling and developing a remote field team of Beauty Advisors within your designated region. Your mission? To ensure excellence in training, sales performance, and relationship-building initiatives.

Glamorous Tasks

  • Lead the charge - Execute ActionLink project strategies and communicate them to representatives and store teams

  • Drive sales success by achieving Key Performance Indicators including sell-thru performance, in-store market share and targeted recommendation rates

  • Elevate merchandising quality and develop sales plans, forecasting for your area while monitoring market trends, and competitor insights

  • Build strong relationships with ActionLink Representatives and retail store leadership teams

  • Leverage analytics to drive sales and increase market share across all beauty categories

  • Deliver impactful training and sales presentations producing demonstrations for diverse audiences

  • Coach and mentor team members, ensuring their performance meets high standards and recognize their achievements

  • Report findings and recommend process improvements to Regional Managers

  • Adhere to travel and expense guidelines while maintaining compliance standards

Essential Skills

  • Cosmetology license preferred show your expertise in Beauty!

  • 2+ years of remote team management. District management experience is a plus.

  • Retail Savvy - knowledge of retail environments, execution, and products

  • Multi-unit retail experience - preferred for those who thrive in dynamic settings

  • Leadership skills - Motivate, influence and inspire your team to Greatness!

  • Adaptable multitasker - Juggle multiple priorities with ease

  • Relationship builder - Foster business relationships at all levels

  • Negotiation and analytical skills - Professional business acumen is a must!

  • Exceptional communicator – Excel in both written and verbal communication

  • Confident presenter - Shine in front of varied audiences

  • Detail oriented - Accuracy is your middle name.

  • Tech-savvy - proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Work Environment

  • Office and retail store environments. Home office space with high-speed internet connectivity and a phone is required.

  • Ability to travel extensively - up to 75% of the time including overnights

Physical Requirements

  • Travel as needed by vehicle and/or plane

  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to rent a car under ActionLink’s corporate insurance standards

  • Mobile and able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time and able to lift 30 lbs.
