Position Description: The Marketing Coordinator/Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning and executing marketing and communications initiatives that drive our construction company's growth. This role will help shape our brand voice across channels, support business development and leadership teams in winning new business, and contribute to a collaborative, dynamic marketing function. Roles and Responsibilities include: Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support the development and implementation of cohesive marketing and communications plans Drive content creation and strategy for the company website, proposals, and social media channels Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Communications & Thought Leadership Organize and promote company events such as groundbreakings, conferences, and networking events Collaborate with internal stakeholders and our PR consultant to identify and execute on media opportunities Assist company leaders in developing thought leadership content like articles and presentations Manage awards submissions to raise the profile of our projects and people Business Development Support: Partner closely with pursuit teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations and marketing materials that position us to win projects Manage the proposal development process and maintain our CRM system with critical opportunity data Track and report on business development pipeline and performance Administration & Special Projects Maintain accuracy of our project database and digital assets Provide support to prepare monthly and quarterly reports on marketing, communications and Business Development, while tracking key marketing performance metrics Manage, develop, implement, and maintain company-wide marketing and brand standards, with regular audits of deliverables Coordinate company sponsorships activity and event logistics Assist in executing internal and external events, including coordination of season tickets.
