Responsibilities

El analista de negocios de segmento tendrá un alcance global y creará análisis y paneles de mejora del desempeño para guiar decisiones comerciales clave, monitorear y desafiar las tendencias de desempeño. Este alcance incluirá, entre otros: Métricas financieras Calidad del servicio y métricas de desempeño de HSE, búsqueda de eficiencia en la facturación.

• Planificar, estudiar y recopila datos para determinar los costos del segmento.

• Brindar asistencia en análisis de costos, asignación fiscal, gestión del desempeño (KPI) y preguntas sobre presupuestos.

• Ayudar en el desarrollo de mejoras de procesos y documentación.

• Brindar apoyo financiero, realizar seguimiento del recuento de activos e inventario

• Ayudar en la preparación de datos de presupuesto, pronóstico y costos.

• Mantener informes mensuales y análisis de variaciones.

• Mantener comunicación y ser nexo entre el personal operativo y finanzas.

• Desarrollar y preparar métricas financieras que midan efectivamente la actividad, dirección y desempeño del grupo.

• Comprender y cumplir con todas las reglas de seguridad y políticas de la compañía de Weatherford. Realizar otras tareas y actividades asignadas por el supervisor dentro de las limitaciones físicas del trabajo.

Qualifications

• 5+ años de experiencia en posición similar, preferentemente en la industria O&G.

• Experiencia en cálculo de costos, análisis comercial, presupuesto y control de gestiones.

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

• Orientado al cliente como socio estrategico.

• Habilidades de organización y multitarea.

• Estudios universitarios completos (Contabilidad/ Adm con conocimientos contables/finanzas de negocios)

• Nivel intermedio-avanzado de idioma Ingles.

• Microsoft Office (Preferente avanzado de Excel) / ERP / Power BI
