Summary

The Plant Admin/HR Coordinator is responsible for performing diversified responsibilities, with the main focus being payroll and HR functions. The Cement Plant Administrator role is based in Nazareth, PA and reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
What you’ll get to do
This role will support the Human Manager and with additional support to other departments. Responsibilities may include:
Payroll -
Process weekly hourly payroll and related processes.
Assist management with changes and ensure timely signoffs.
Vacation Scheduling for hourly employees.
Enter employee’s weekly schedule (Kronos).
Talent Acquisition –
Assist with entry and management of requisitions for hourly positions in our recruiting system.
Manage internal posting process for hourly employees - Coordinate/schedule testing and participate in hourly position interviews with criteria-based requirements as needed.
Employee Relations –
Assist employees with submitting questions to Employee Services.
Assist with employee recognition, service awards, etc.
Recordkeeping/Misc. -
Manage any training grants available or new hire funding programs.
Track and follow-up on policy sign offs, training, etc.
Employee file management.
Miscellaneous –
Provide backup administration support for other Plant functions.
Other relevant duties as they may arise.
What We Are Looking For
Relevant Post Secondary education.
Prior experience supporting an HR function strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills. Must be adept at Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with recruiting (Brass Ring), timekeeping (Kronos) and HRIS (Workday) systems preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional demeanor to include management of confidential information.
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an office environment, however there will be some requirements to post information in the Plant.
External candidates must be able to work in the USA without sponsorship.
