Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will perform work in budget administration including formulation and estimating costs. You will complete cost and benefit analysis and give recommendations based on approved budgets. You will plan, prioritize, and assign work to subordinates. You will develop, determine, and interpret budgetary policies and practices. You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. You will review and evaluate budget requests for control and reporting of obligations and expenditures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on financial management policies, procedures, and regulations; 2) Identifying, analyzing and resolving a range of financial management problems such as alternative methods of funding and formulation of budget estimates; 3) Preparing financial reports and presentations to submit to leadership; AND 4) Leading and counseling employees. **Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
