How you make a difference
The Treasury Analyst will play a crucial role in overseeing daily cash positions, executing financial transactions, and conducting in-depth analysis of financial data. Additionally, this role will involve effective management of bank accounts and providing essential support to the company's treasury operations, ensuring optimal financial efficiency and liquidity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage prior day and current day cash positions, ensuring operational funding needs are met by recording Lockbox, ACH, and deposits, as well as remote depositing checks and providing daily Executive Cash Reporting.
Maintain and oversee the company’s bank accounts, from opening and modifying to closing accounts, and act as the primary point of contact for dedicated service representatives. Monitor bank analysis statements for potential cash savings opportunities.
Administer multiple bank portals, respond to payment inquiries, and support accurate inputs for the 13-week cash flow forecast. Additionally, collaborate with Accounts Receivable for precise cash collection forecasting.
Administer corporate credit card programs, ensuring adherence to policy and deactivating noncompliant cards. Assist in audit, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and corporate accounting requests, including acting as a backup for positive pay issues and exceptions.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting treasury operations. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of treasury management systems or tools, while collaborating cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and other departments on various treasury-related matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred or 3-5 years of experience.
Experience
- Treasury banking experience a plus.
Licenses/Certifications
- CTP - Certified Treasury Professional preferred but not required
