As an Entry Level Field Sales Representative, you will act as a community engagement ambassador and play a crucial role in growing our business.

Your primary responsibilities will be generating interest in our services through door-to-door canvassing. You’ll speak with homeowners in our markets, educate them on our products, and schedule appointments for our in-home sales design consultants.  We’ll teach you how to build initial rapport, do a quick visual inspection, and discuss options that will increase their value, save them money, and enhance the beauty and comfort of their home.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Build Rapport: Break the ice with homeowners through a variety of communications, marketing, and sales techniques.

• Educate Homeowners:  Educate homeowners on the value, features, benefits, and differentiators of our products, including our true lifetime product and labor warranties. Answer their questions and share relevant information.

• Set Appointments:  Speak to homeowners in the neighborhoods we serve and set appointments for the services we provide.

• Achieve Goals:  Meet or exceed your weekly target performance numbers.

• Gather Info:  Use tablets, phones, and mobile devices to gather information accurately. 

  Qualifications:

• Self-Motivated:  Strong internal drive to perform and earn an above-average income.

• Great Communication Skills:  Finds it easy to talk to people and strike up conversations.

• Strong Customer Focus:  Possesses great listening skills and uses customer feedback to adapt conversations to customer needs and desired outcomes.

• Loves Tech Tools:  Comfortable using tablets, phones, CRM systems, and other digital tools.

  Must-Haves:

• Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Schedule: Ability to work weekdays, and some nights and weekends.
