Description:

The DLS server works under the direction of the Printer's Alley General Manager.The primary responsibilities includeserving guests, taking orders, delivering drinks to guests in a professional manner and providing exceptionalservice toyourguests.

• Maintainspecificside-workandensurethetotalcleanlinessandsmoothoperationofthevenue

• Clearandresettables

• Handlecashtransactionsinaccordancewiththeproperty’scashhandlingpolicy

• Basicknowledgebeveragepreparation,servicestandardsandguestrelationsandetiquette

• Knowledgeof appropriatetablesettings, servicewareandmenuitems

• Assistbusserwithclearingandsettingtables

• Maintainscurrentknowledgeofhotelculture,amenities,andservices,eventsinthearea,pointsofinterest,and services inthe area

• Allothertasks anddutiesas assigned

• Weekly event promotion for Dream/DLS

Qualifications:

● Atleastone yearof experienceinsimilar role

● Hotelexperiencepreferred
