BAE Systems Test Tech III in Nashua, New Hampshire

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

We are seeking an experienced Test Technician for our first shift manufacturing team. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your technical skills in functional and environmental testing. The Test Tech III will test and tune complex microwave and RF modules using methods such as adjusting .001 wire, .003 ribbon and making adjustments on die. You will work with schematics, diagrams, test specifications and sketches to understand engineering and customer requirements and how to perform tests. Additionally, you will perform routine analysis of data to check and verify applicability and accuracy.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • One year of work experience.

  • Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensure the candidate will be capable of following instruction/safety guidelines.

  • Familiar with RF and microwave test equipment and able to set up equipment to test against specifications. Must have the ability to calibrate test stands.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Able to troubleshoot, debug and test using precision measurements on a variety of electronic equipment (oscillators, audio oscillators, standing wave amplifiers, multimeters, phase sensitive demodulators, volt-ohm meters, logic analyzers, AF and RF signal generators and wave meters).

  • Ability to work under microscope for long lengths of time.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $54560 - $87340

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
