BAE Systems Program Manager - Business Area in Nashua, New Hampshire

Job Description

  • Oversees the Dash environment across seven geographically separated site. Focus areas include but are not limited to: Program ConOps compliance, execution of Customer deliverables, integration of program performance with the wider ES-level business objectives

  • Lead the Billet Management Board, managing the shared balance of personnel accesses across all business areas

  • Support IT initiatives and facility, including the modernization of BAE Systems corporate approach to classified networking

  • Engage Analysis Plan teams to drive relevant execution and outcomes benefiting internal and external stakeholders

  • Facilitate DASH area program execution priorities to align with Sector and Functional strategic goals

  • Support execution of program area sponsored engagements, performing tasks such as security verification, material preparation, facility coordination and hospitality

  • Support Business Area Deputy VP with a variety of tasking in support of business area initiatives.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Fully Granted TS clearance with at least one AF or Navy SAP

  • SCI preferred but not required.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
