Job Description

The Electronic Solutions (ES) Finance organization is seeking a talented, high-energy individual to lead a geographically dispersed team of pricing analysts and managers across multiple business areas. You will report to the Senior Finance Director of Proposal Estimating and ICE (Independent Cost Evaluation) and be expected to interface with multiple functional and program management leaders to provide business counsel and influence procurements to ensure cost realism and alignment to the business case and company strategy. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage and provide adequate Finance Pricing resources to support the timely development of cost proposals and ensure compliance to customer requirements as well as compliance to company policy and government regulations

• Participate in communicating and implementing the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and implemented pricing policy

• Provide effective leadership, training, and feedback to team members

• Influence internal and external stakeholders through support of contract negotiations and management review of bids

• Recommend and drive continuous improvement projects including the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) in the proposal process

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with ProPricer and Golden Eagle tools is a plus

• Demonstrated successful experience leading a team

• Experience with Government Compliance and DoD contracts preferred

• Sound decision-making skills and ability to multi-task

• Good negotiation skills and an ability to positively confront and challenge

• Strong problem solving skills and the capacity to work under tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members

• Bachelor's degree in business and 12 years relevant experience

• Ability to obtain a secret level security clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $135556 - $230444

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
