Our client is looking for a Duck Creek Systems Analyst for a Contract to Hire opportunity in Naperville, IL to support their existing Duck Creek environment.

Description

This role works a hybrid schedule from Naperville, IL. We will also consider other locations, including Raleigh, NC, and Rolling Meadows, IL. Occasional travel is required.

Role Requirements:

Application Support:

o Experience with P&C data within a Duck Creek environment

Leadership:

o Able to step in and take the lead among the team

o Delegate tasks effectively

o Potential to eventually become a team lead or supervisor

Duck Creek Environment:

• An enterprise application running on the cloud

• Similar to an ERP program handling policy, billing, and claims

• Significant security and extensive work experience required

Tasks:

o Analyzing incidents received in tier one and triaged

o Determining if issues are system bugs or setup changes

o Interacting with developers

o Assigning work to the offshore team and checking their work

Collaborations:

o Delivery team (monthly release team)

o Business stakeholders (to understand business needs and ensure the system works as intended)

Technical Skills:

• SQL knowledge

• General familiarity with cloud-based SAS systems

• General familiarity with integrations

• Screening knowledge / SAS-based questions

Ticketing Systems:

• Training provided for ServiceNow

• JIRA used for lesser tasks

Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
