You will be responsible for general accounting, payroll responsibilities for over 50 employees on ADP. They are looking for a hands on professional who is bright that wants to work in a team environment. detail-oriented individual with an accounting degree, analytical abilities, and payroll processing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed month end close , account reconciliations, cash reconciliations, journal entries and month end close.

• Communicating cross functionally.

• Detail oriented with experience on ERP accounting system

• Process bi-weekly payroll using the ADP system and serve as backup for the association payroll on the off week.

• Respond promptly to questions and has strong excel v look ups and pivot tables

• Serve as backup to other team members in the accounting department.

• ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.

• Take on other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting

• 3 plus years Accounting experience

• Payroll processing experience ideally on ADP or other larger payroll system

• ERP accounting systems experience

• Cash and account reconciliations, Journal Entries and general ledger

• Microsoft Excel vlook ups and pivot tables
