We are seeking an experienced and passionate Android App Developer to join our development team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality native Android applications, as well as leveraging Flutter to achieve cross-platform development. Experience with HarmonyOS development and/or connected car (telematics) work experience is a significant plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native Android applications.

• Develop cross-platform applications using Flutter, ensuring consistency and high performance on both Android and iOS platforms.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend development teams to understand requirements and implement product features.

• Write high-quality, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and performance optimization.

• Debug and resolve issues within the application, optimizing performance and enhancing user experience.

• Continuously research and apply the latest mobile development technologies and tools to improve team efficiency.

• Participate in HarmonyOS application development and optimization if capable.

• Utilize and integrate connected car (telematics) technologies into application development, if applicable.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in native Android application development, proficient in Java and Kotlin.

• At least 2 year of experience developing cross-platform applications using Flutter, proficient in Dart.

• In-depth understanding of Android platform architecture, UI development, and performance optimization.

• Familiarity with common Android development tools and frameworks such as Android Studio and Gradle.

• Good coding practices and familiarity with version control tools like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilities, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in HarmonyOS development is a plus.

• Experience with connected car (telematics) technologies is a strong advantage.

• Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand technical documentation in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Published applications on Google Play Store or App Store.

• Familiarity with mobile app testing and continuous integration processes.

• Knowledge of mobile app security and data privacy protection.

• Understanding of user interface design and user experience optimization
