Job Description

EPS Corporation is Looking for an Operations Manager to assist the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training Center the Operations Manager will oversee the management and operation of our cyber range and computer test bed environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, particularly within the DoD or Defense Industry. They will be responsible for leading and executing Army and Joint Cyber Training programs, ensuring all operations align with our high standards and objectives.

This position is dependent upon the award of the Proposed Contract

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and management of cyber range and computer test bed environments.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate Army and Joint Cyber Training programs.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SR level DoD personnel and Defense Industry professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.

  • Utilize strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test bed environments.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management or senior-level DoD experience, or as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior-level DoD personnel.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead cyber training programs effectively.

  • Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
