One of our best customers, a growing commercial construction company, has asked for our help to hire an experienced Director of Operations in Nashville, TN.

The Director of Operations will lead a Team of Project Managers & Superintendents to ensure budgets, deadlines and quality are met on projects throughout the Southeast.

They'll administer construction contracts and conduct onsite observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred.

• 5+ years’ experience managing construction projects required.

• Experience managing commercial construction projects valued 20M+.

Pay Details: $175,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
