To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Night Audit Supervisor (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

This is what your day or night will look like:

• First point of contact for our international guests and colleagues with always appropriate information during the night

• Carrying out the daily closing and its preparation and follow-up

• Working closely with other departments, such as F&B and Housekeeping, to ensure smooth processes during the night

• Monitoring the security systems and carrying out checks

• Checking payments, settlements and ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and in full

• Checking guests in and out, ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient handling of enquiries and requests

• Assist in preparing for the next day, e.g. by preparing reports for management and accounting

What we want from you:

• You have completed training as a hotel specialist or hotel management assistant

• You have already gained professional experience in Night Audit or Front Office and are looking forward to growing in our team

• Ideally, you already have some knowledge of Opera and GxP

• You smile effortlessly and have a warm telephone manner

• You are happy to take on responsibility and look forward to working in an international team

• You enjoy being a contact person at eye level for our guests and reliably dealing with enquiries and requests

• You communicate confidently (written and spoken) in German and English with our international guests and the team
