Als Brand Retail Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest Du eng mit dem Senior Store Manager zusammen und leitest den Brand Retail Store eigenverantwortlich in dessen Abwesenheit. Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht in diesem Fall in der Personalverwaltung wie Dienstplänen, Urlaubsverwaltung oder Gehaltsprozessen, bei denen Du den Senior Store Manager maßgeblich unterstützt.

Dieser Bauplan eröffnet Dir neue Gestaltungsräume und Entwicklungschancen:

• Wahrnehmen einer Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf und im Backoffice

• Fachliche Führung des Store Teams

• Personalrekrutierung und Personaleinsatzplanung

• Bearbeitung er zahlreichen Verwaltungsprozesse im Bereich Personal

• Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung für die MitarbeiterInnen

• Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens

• Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards

• Inventory Management

• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen in der Zentrale, insbesondere HR

• Administrative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft

• Planung und Durchführung von lokalen Events

• Teilnahme an Meetings

• Erfahrung mit Verkaufssystemen sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office Pakets inkl. Excel

• Strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
