Job Summary
Mechanical Engineers with 14+ years of experience on Rotating and Package Equipment in thermal power plant (Coal/Open Cycle/Combined Cycle), oil & gas, fertilizer, water, green ammonia and hydrogen generation, data center projects.
Functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role. Under general direction, develops and applies advanced engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex engineering problems. May provide technical guidance over a group or supervise engineering staff on projects of low to medium complexity. May be responsible for developing, validating, and presenting specialist/technical output.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare RFQ plan, Data sheet, Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations, Purchase Requisitions and review post order vendor documentation. Able to work on Pre-FEED, FEED, Proposal and EPC projects. Experience of working on PMC / OE role will be an advantage Knowledge about code and standards API, ANSI, ASME, TEMA, NFPA Knowledge about client specifications (EIL / Shell etc.) will be an advantage Participation in HAZOP / SIL meetings and other client and management meetings Prepare schedule of deliverables and estimate manhours. Experience in resource planning will be an advantage. Site Experience will be an added advantage. Can lead and manage a team, team player and shall be adoptive & flexible. Shall have experience or familiarity on the below listed equipment’s and packages for which we are looking to perform design & engineering work stated above in points 1 to 5. It is understood that candidate may not have exposure to all the mentioned equipment and packages; expectation is to have an open mind, eagerness to learn and adaptability to handle critical equipment’s and packages: Pumps (Centrifugal, Positive displacement, Seal less, Cryogenic Service) Compressors (Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw) / Blowers Turbines (Steam, Gas) / Gas Engines Fire Water Pumps Utility Air Compressors Agitators Specialty packages (Carbon Capture, H2 Recovery, Gasification, Electrolyzer, Desalter, Marine Loading Arms / Tanker Loading Arms) Air Dryer Package Nitrogen Generation Package (Cryogenic / Membrane / PSA) Flare Cooling Towers / Chillers Dosing Packages Water treatment Packages / Sewage treatment packages Material Handling (Conveyors, Hoists, Cranes, Elevators)

Minimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 8 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
