This is a fixed term contract for 1 year, based out of Mumbai

Overview of the job

This role is that of a brand payments specialist.

The role requires a good understanding of payments systems (including or similar to coupa, AMP etc.) and basic skills on excel/SAP.

Discipline and rigour as well as stakeholder management are critical skills for this role. The candidate will work across multiple vendors and brands within marketing for P&G.

Your team

This role reports to a Brand director and works closely with the brand operations team and across brand teams.

How success looks like

Core responsibilities:

• On time execution of Payments – PO creation with aligned SOW, POP, GR.

• Hand holding vendors on systems, where needed.

• Automation and simplification of brand payments.

Role Requirements

Hard skills (Qualifications, technical skills) + Soft skills (communication, presentation etc.) in bullet points – at least 5-8 points

• Good SAP or payment system understanding, excel skills.

• Discipline and rigour.

• Project management.

• Analytical ability.

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders.

• Graduation minimum.
