As a Senior Product Manager - AI/Supercomputing Infrastructure, you will work with diverse and cross functional teams of experts to identify cloud infrastructure needs for AI applications. You will closely collaborate with different customers and partners to understand their specific and rapidly changing AI workload needs and shape the product roadmap. You will leverage your cloud infrastructure and networking domain knowledge to identify market opportunities, set AI/supercomputing project goals, collaborate with internal teams and drive the full product delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for AI/Supercomputing program.

  • You’ll identify long-term investment opportunities and engage with customers and partners to garner support for the cloud infrastructure feature/functional areas.

  • You will help define a feature set and build near-term roadmaps and facilitate reviews with internal/external stakeholders.

  • You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature/functional areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.

  • You will partner with customers and partners to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas.

  • You’ll also identify features enhancements, manage cross-functional communications, and build trust with targeted customers and partners.

  • You will scale Product operations by helping build automation, roll-out process improvements, and customer support plans. You’ll also promote the product areas you worked on and present at large events.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmento OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years experience of technical familiarity with Cloud native technologies and cloud networking.

  • 4+ years experience of dependable leadership and communication skills, analytical thinking and decision making, customer focus/empathy, and business/strategic acumen.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmento OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with Enterprise customers to design and build systems architectures.

  • Proficiency in building large scale distributed systems or cloud infrastructure.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
