Google Product Manager II, Brand Connect, YouTube in Mountain View, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

  • Experience working on consumer-facing products.

  • Experience managing products with multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., consumers and advertisers, buyers and sellers) in marketplace or platform environments.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in product management, including driving product direction, defining the goal and strategy, data-driven prioritization, and go-to-market execution to deliver results from conception through launch.

  • Experience leading products for Creators, Advertisers, or marketplace platforms.

  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving multiple product teams.

  • Experience building user-facing 0 to 1 products with comfort in ambiguity, agile software development, and iterating to find product-market fit.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Define the product goal, strategy, and global roadmap for the Creator experience of the Brand Connect marketplace.

  • Iterate towards product-market fit, and then scale the service to thousands of Advertisers and millions of Creators around the world.

  • Design and launch features that help Creators manage Brand agreements offers and earnings.

  • Collaborate with the Ads product and business teams to solve Advertiser problems on the Brand Connect platform.

  • Collaborate with our business and go-to-market teams to test and launch new features.
