Intuit Principal Strategy Manager, Platform and Data Strategy Mountain View, California
Overview
Come join the "Consumer Group Strategy Team (CBS)" as a "Principal Strategy Manager, Platform and Data Strategy". Our team focuses on crafting the long-term vision and growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. This role will focus on supporting our Product Development (PD) sponsor as we build out our platform tech capabilities, including data strategy, to bridge two business units and create consistent customer experiences across our Consumer Group offerings.
What you'll bring
5+ years of work experience
Strong data analytics background, SQL preferred – background in product and data
Excellent strategic problem solving, influencing and results orientation
Ability to both lead strategy as well as support (or lead) implementation
Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust-based relationships with teammates and cross-Intuit teams to drive outcomes
Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project
Intuit's working model is hybrid, with 3 days per week in office. The Bay Area is the preferred location.
How you will lead
Partner with sponsor(s) to ensure we are moving as one team. Contribute to the current work the cross-functional team is driving such as data-in, platform modernization
Build an understanding of the most nascent Intuit financial ecosystem product and signals and leverage these products to achieve customer value and drive business growth
Define long term consumer identity and data strategy for consumer group ever-evolving business, with a focus on building ID / signals solutions with 1P and 3 party
Have a clear understanding toward user journey and able to connect dots across different internal and external partners to form a clear view on consumer signal density and drive signal growth plan
Partner closely with Eng and product team to deeply understand business' pain points, form business requirements and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development
Instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution
Maximize value from signals solutions across Intuit portfolio of product
Provides thought leadership and analytical horsepower to important business decisions
Ensures speed, quality and shared vision by getting the right people involved in decisions
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $207,000 - $280,000
Southern California $193,500 - $261,500 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) ).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
