Responsibilities:
Foster positive working relationships and provide guidance to the 3rd shift team.
Collaborate with the management team to train and monitor the performance of new Crew Members during nighttime operations.
Motivate Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high scores during the 3rd shift.
Ensure timely completion of late-night shift tasks and opening/closing responsibilities.
Take ownership of restaurant facilities during the 3rd shift, ensuring organization and adherence to sanitation and food safety procedures.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of key positions in both front-of-house and back-of-house specific to the 3rd shift.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Full-time availability during the 3rd shift and weekends is required.
Previous leadership experience in customer service or restaurant environments, preferably during the late-night or 3rd shift in quick-service or fast food.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity for extended periods during nighttime operations.
Thrive in a fast-paced 3rd shift environment, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Effective communication skills with guests and crew members as a supervisor/manager on the 3rd shift.
