Responsibilities:

• Foster positive working relationships and provide guidance to the 3rd shift team.

• Collaborate with the management team to train and monitor the performance of new Crew Members during nighttime operations.

• Motivate Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high scores during the 3rd shift.

• Ensure timely completion of late-night shift tasks and opening/closing responsibilities.

• Take ownership of restaurant facilities during the 3rd shift, ensuring organization and adherence to sanitation and food safety procedures.

• Demonstrate a complete understanding of key positions in both front-of-house and back-of-house specific to the 3rd shift.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Full-time availability during the 3rd shift and weekends is required.

• Previous leadership experience in customer service or restaurant environments, preferably during the late-night or 3rd shift in quick-service or fast food.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sustain physical activity for extended periods during nighttime operations.

• Thrive in a fast-paced 3rd shift environment, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and possess a strong work ethic.

• Effective communication skills with guests and crew members as a supervisor/manager on the 3rd shift.
