Farm Credit Services of Mandan is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Mott branch. We are a member-owned cooperative committed to serving rural America.

This position is responsible for providing a variety of clerical functions needed to support the branchs credit and related services operations for the benefit of our customers.

Major/Essential Responsibilities

• Inputs data to prepare loan documents for loan approval and closing
• Utilizes systems to book loans and maintain accuracy of transactions
• Receipts payments and processes loan disbursements
• Provides support to association staff
• Completes correspondence for loan officers and verifies the accuracy of work completed
• Performs follow-up tasks and keeps reminders for loan officers to ensure adherence to loan conditions
• Provide exceptional customer service for contacts whether in-person, via phone, email, or other communication means

Qualifications

• Two-year post-secondary degree preferred
• One-year related experience preferred
• An acceptable combination of education and experience
• Previous loan processing experience is desired
