job summary:

Description:

Creates reports, visualization, and analysis to support Warranty and Quality initiatives. Monthly/Quarterly reporting, annual forecasting. Project requests for dashboard development.

Typical Day:

• Independent contributor to Warranty & Quality team

• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to handle basic issues independently

• Provide assistance to team or others in the work group while learning and assisting with projects

• Typically, decisions will impact routine, low risk issues that may affect the team, or internal customers

• Employee is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by the client's management from time to time

Technical Skills Required:

Experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and Power Query

SQL queries

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, DAX, M Language (a plus)

• Soft Skills Required:

• Ability to communicate and tailor messaging to target audience

• Self-starter and driven

• strong attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies in coding or data

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree

• Fields of study include computer science, business, mathematics, or statistics

• Experience with SQL queries
