As a Journey Level or Sr Journey Level Electrical Technician, you will install, repair, and maintain a variety of electrical systems, including electrical panels, lighting, and service work. You will work on both commercial and residential projects within a 50-mile radius of Moscow, ID, and Pullman, WA. This role requires a strong background in electrical systems and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete electrical in-home service and installation calls.
• Create estimates for customers and generate parts lists.
• Purchase materials and complete job progress and completion reports.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best service, repair, or installation options, including finance and maintenance plans.
• Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals.
• Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Work collaboratively to provide 5-star customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized working area and a well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in all trainings, morning meetings, and community outreach events.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
• Be accurate and timely with customer estimates, timecards, and reporting.
