Key Responsibilities A Machine Operator is responsible for completing the following: Operate equipment in the production of Westmor Industries products safely, following all regulations and procedures. Perform daily preventative maintenance and maintain housekeeping standards. Utilize basic math skills and a standard 20' tape measure. Communicate major repair needs to the maintenance department. Ensure job orders are completed on schedule and production meets quality standards. Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location. Night shift positions receive an additional $3 per hour shift differential.
