Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Monongalia, Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel, Tyler, Preston, Taylor, Marion, Doddridge, Harrison, Ritchie, Lewis, Upshur, Randolph, Grant, Mineral, Hardy, Hampshire, Webster, Braxton, Gilmer, Pocahontas, Calhoun, Roane, Wirt. 40 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full time position from 04/01/2025 through 11/30/2025, 7:00 am-4:00 pm, 50 hrs/week, Additional overtime varies, Monday-Friday, Schedule Varies, Some weekends may be required. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $17.11-$22.00/hr, $25.67-$33.00/hr OT, Raises at employer's discretion. Opportunity for higher pay depending on experience. Weed whacking, cutting brush, pruning, mulching, shrub and tree planting, straw matting, may operate vehicles, digging and raking by hand using shovel. Random drug testing during employment. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Pre-hire background check required. All background checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2B workers, and all fees are paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements along with corresponding payments of $400/month for rent and utilities. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
