Quality Inspectors will also assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements. Position duties and responsibilities: Inspection: Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of production. Inspects incoming, in process and finished products and material for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics, using inspection sheets and applicable sampling plans. Comparing the obtained results with the target values of the relevant requirements and specifications and documenting any deviations. Read and follow visual aides, engineering change notices (reworks), or established operating procedures, determine acceptance or rejection of product. Follow standardized and routine written directions and visual aides for assigned quality assurance inspection operations. Visually inspect products using magnifying glass, lot sampling methods, first article checks, and /or AOI machines. Enter standardized information into computerized MES system using simple keystrokes to indicate pass or failure of board. Lot release and archiving of batch documentation. Prepares necessary documentation and ensures paperwork compliance on all inspected items. Assist in the training of co-workers in new or improved techniques in areas of experience. Performs Roving Auditor function involving inspection of product in a Manufacturing Flow Cell. Trains other employees in Quality Control processes and procedures. Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy DHR: Performs Device History Review Inspection and final release of product to inventory control / warehouse. Performs filing and supports the imaging and verification process for Device History Records and other Quality System documentation. Reviewing and evaluating batch documentation for content and GDP (Good Documentation Practice) compliance. Acts as final checkpoint for finished goods prior to being shipped to customer or end user. Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance at all times. Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor. Communicate issues arising from daily builds and field reports that should be reviewed by a supervisor or engineer and being able to prioritize multiple tasks. Trains other employees in Quality Control processes and procedures. Extended duties (if applicable): May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job profile Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required with 1-2 years experience in a relevant Jabil production position or equivalent external work experience. Interpersonal skills / characteristics (if applicable) The hourly pay range for this role is $16.92 - $30.45.
