This role is a hybrid work arrangement. Work schedule to be discussed with the hiring Manager according to the guidelines defined by the department.
Reporting to the Executive Director Finance you will support the modernization of various platforms and technology, and the resulting business process changes required at CBC/Radio-Canada Finance. You will be an active participant and lead in developing and delivering change management initiatives that are critical to the project’s success. In particular, you will focus on the multi-year replacement of our financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
As the Change Management Senior Advisor to the ERP project and other various Finance-related change initiatives, you are responsible for accelerating technological and business process implementations and realization of anticipated benefits through planning and delivering change strategies at every phase of the project.
This role can be based in Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously support the activities required to support the large volume of process change required to sustain and successfully implement our new ERP.
Elaborate and execute the ERP’s project’s change management plan, including collaborating on the communications plan and training plans, assess impact of business changes on people and build strong relationships with stakeholders in support of managing change for optimal results.
Lead the change management effort across all finance business units and other corporate stakeholders and user groups; including defining needs, ensuring alignment with the Finance and ERP vision and objectives, organizing, and planning projects, managing change and delivering business benefits.
Identify and assess user needs in all project scopes.
In collaboration with the Learning & Development team, Workflow group and the ERP implementation team, you will design and facilitate end-user training plans and post-go-live adoption strategies. Create plans and activities to prepare the project team and change agents for end-user training deployment. Develop a process to keep the training materials up to date.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of project communications through multiple phases of the project (vendor initiation to Go Live and Post Go Live).

Work with the Finance Transformation team to analyze issues encountered by business units to diagnose the situation and determine the best response strategies to realign and define capabilities, structures, responsibilities, processes, practices, etc.
Keep the Primary Sponsor Roadmap updated, and document the status of others within the stakeholder coalition (i.e. Finance Executive Team, IT, ERP Leads, Business Executives / VPs, and etc.)
Build processes and implement tools that drive accountability across the stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with the project (i.e. Proxima, Surveys, Workshops etc.).
Participate in all committees formed with a mandate aligned to our ERP project (Think/Change Team, Skills Team, Communications Team).
Continue to identify new learning offerings that are in support of ERP implementation, business priorities so that they can be activated across the Finance function.
Support the transition of communications through multiple phases of the project (vendor initiation to Go Live and Post Go Live).
Coordinate schedule for Project Team and ERP Leads to regularly engage with relevant stakeholders (i.e.e.g ERP Blog, Team Meetings, Finance ED check ins with ERP Lead and etc.) on change topics.
Monitor the feedback on the project, draw insights and make recommendations. Propose activities to Project leaders to manage resistance in alignment with the Finance Vision and within the project.
The incumbent will explore and assess new technologies that may introduce business efficiencies and strengthen risk management.
The incumbent provides support to senior managers to help achieve business strategy and objectives.
Support of other smaller Finance projects for change management support will be required.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business administration or a field relevant to organizational transformation, or combination of training and experience deemed equivalent and relevant with at least five (5) years of related professional experience.
Prosci Change Management Certification is considered an asset (ADKAR).
Experience working on large-scale strategic and cross-functional projects (i.e. ERPs).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive demands, move initiatives forward when faced with areas of ambiguity, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and needs.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to understand, interpret and evaluate complex data and/or business cases.
Extensive experience in organizational change and user adoption in a large-scale enterprise-wide change effort.
Demonstrated experience in conflict mediation in a highly politically charged and matrix environment.
Advanced knowledge of organizational development and change management concepts.
Knowledge of process improvement methods and tools (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, developing matrices, flowcharts or other views to make information understandable, performance dashboards, etc.).
Possess an acute business acumen and ability to identify organizational issues and challenges.
Strong ability to analyze and make complex information understandable.
Knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with confidence, clarity and persuasiveness.
Excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences at all levels.
French/English bilingualism is required.
