Annual Salary Range: $119,400 - $198,770

Job Summary
As the Oracle Cloud Support and Operations Unit Manager at BPMI, you will be responsible for operational support of BPMI's Oracle Cloud environment. This role ensures the Oracle Cloud system meets BPMI requirements, supports business operations, is optimized for performance, and aligns with strategic goals. The unit manager leads a team of technical and functional staff, coordinates with stakeholders, and oversees system upgrades, patches, and issue resolution.
Essential Duties:
Oversee the Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment and operational activities, ensuring their availability, performance, and security.
Lead and manage a team of functional and IT technical analysts, administrators, and developers.
Manage application configurations, customizations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Establish and monitor system performance metrics, addressing any deficiencies proactively.
Manage workload assignments and ensure timely resolution of support requests and delivery of enhancement projects.
Collaborate with Oracle and the system integrator vendor to ensure timely and high-quality support is provided to the end users.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with organizational requirements and business goals.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements, such as information protection and cybersecurity.
Serve as the Information System Owner (ISO) - The ISO owns the information system and is responsible for its procurement, development, integration, modification, operation, maintenance, and disposal. The ISO is the manager responsible for the security of the information system under their cognizance and shall ensure that these systems become, and remain, compliant with the Cybersecurity Risk Management Plan (CSRMP) and their system security plan (SSP).
Plan, coordinate, and implement quarterly system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Conduct impact analyses to assess the effects of updates on business operations and custom configurations.
