A Day in the Life

Der Technical Consultant Spinal (m/w/d) unterstützt Chirurgen und Klinikpersonal bei operativen und präoperativen Fragestellungen und treibt die kommerziellen Vertriebsaktivitäten (Cross- und Up-Selling) vor allem für das spinale Produktportfolio (Core Spine, Biologics, Midas, AQM) und unterstützend für den Bereich Navigation und Bildgebung (O-Arm) voran.

Das Gebiet umfasst den Großraum im Westen Deutschlands (Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Hessen und Saarland). ist daher eine Außendienst-Position. Dabei gilt Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home-Office). Für Meetings kann gelegentlich Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

• Planung und Durchführung des technischen Supports für das Klinikpersonal in Abstimmung mit den internen Stakeholdern

• Identifikation und Abstimmung der Verkaufschancen für das gesamte Produktportfolio sowie weitere Produkte (Cross- und Up-Selling) in Absprache mit den internen Stakeholdern

• Überwachung und Optimierung des Instrumenten- und Implantatemanagements

• Schulung und Training des Krankenhauspersonals zur eigenverantwortlichen Durchführung klinischer Verfahren und der Geräteanwendung (Vor-Ort-Schulungen, Feldtrainingskurse unter Nutzung vorhandener Materialien und Medien)

• Unterstützung bei Fragen der Feldüberwachung und Korrekturmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regulatory Office

• Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen

Die meisten Außendienstpositionen beinhalten einen Firmenwagen, der auch privat genutzt werden kann. Ein Firmenhandy und die Möglichkeit, Bürotätigkeiten im Home Office zu erledigen, gehören ebenfalls dazu. Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

• Mehrjährige, erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung als Medizinprodukteberater bzw. im klinischen Support im Bereich Wirbelsäulenchirugie

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im kaufmännischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder medizinischen Bereich

• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis

• Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Aufbau von Kundenkontakten

• Zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Analytische und strategische Skills sowie Erfahrung im Großkonzern mit wären von Vorteil.
