Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Lead with a strong background in specialty pharmaceuticals and Operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in digital transformation, and process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and meeting service level expectations for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operations within the specialty pharmaceuticals division.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement and oversee Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
Develop and improve systems of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work documents.
Ensure operations meet service level expectations for customers.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Skills and Requirements
Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Extensive experience in specialty pharmaceuticals.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated digital savviness and experience in digital transformation.
Proven track record in operations excellence and process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.).
Experience with digital tools and platforms relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. null
