Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for handling and moving spools of cardboard off machines, feeding machines, and assisting with setting up various sections of the machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques. You will also be tasked with obtaining orders, verifying stock specifications and conditions, monitoring box quality, reporting any quality problems, and maintaining cleanliness by removing excess cardboard around the workspace. Additionally, you have the opportunity to be trained on the forklift and receive a license.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2.5 years+ Machine Operator/Production Worker experience

• Lifting up to 50lbs

• Cb license (optional)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mississauga, Ontario.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment at room temperature. Collaborate in a team of 2-3 people per shift. Be prepared for a rotating continental shift schedule with potential for overtime. Shift details include alternating days and nights for 12-hour shifts. However, training shift will be Monday - Friday from 7am-3pm. The pay is $22.50/h.
