Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to become part of our team situated in Mission Hills, California. This role is significant in our industry and involves managing and processing HR-related information, maintaining precise employee records, and handling various HR-related inquiries. We offer a long-term contract employment opportunity for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage HR-related information.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR operations.

• Implement ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for better HR management.

• Utilize Ceridian and HRMS for effective HR processes.

• Manage 'About Time' for tracking and managing employee time and attendance.

• Carry out auditing duties to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR processes.

• Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process.

• Oversee benefit functions to ensure employees receive their entitled benefits.

• Deliver excellent customer service when handling HR-related inquiries. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services

• Demonstrated experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian software

• Proficiency in using HRMS (Human Resources Management System)

• Experience with About Time software

• Proven skills in Auditing

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions within the HR scope

• Excellent Customer Service skills
