It is a truly exciting time to join us here at GKN Automotive in Hungary. We built a brand new manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Miskolc in 2023, which includes assembly and office accommodation. Our Miskolc facility is a key regional facility for the driveline technologies that GKN Automotive supply to our global customer base. We employ hundreds of colleagues from the local community and will continue to develop the site over time.

We are seeking a Value Stream Manager to join our team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Implement visual management systems and targets for manufacturing and services to drive continuous improvement within the business

• Implement procedures and systems in all business areas to achieve Company objectives and assessment criteria

• Ensure that appropriate hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and annual management / control procedures are in place to achieve all the relevant HSE, Quality, Cost and delivery operating requirements

• Develop and monitor clear KPI measures and targets for the performance of VS

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, operations or business administration

• English proficiency
