Genesis10 is seeking a UAT Analyst for a contract with our client in Minnetonka, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: This work will be doing user acceptance testing of new client implementations for their "Client " behavioral services. They need true UAT testers who do all the UAT test coordination for client implementations so they will be coordinating with the end client who is taking on the "Client " behavioral services They are moving from the vendor that is current in place to "Client " Behavioral and coordinating the UAT testing to make sure all the "Client " systems are implemented and working. Must be able to articulate with the business, write test case scenarios, look for areas of automation, and work with the quality engineers who will be the ones to build the automation. Must be able to present to the stakeholders so must have great communication skills. Core Accountabilities: Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for small to large business initiatives. May work concurrently on several projects. Ability to write test cases and execute testing within a web service environment along with standalone/network applications Ability to drive defect resolution Assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases, plans, and priority of test cases. Identify, establish, and maintain test data. Obtain access for business users to test environment. Create and maintain test cases in Quality Center, SharePoint, or CA Agile Actively participate in walk-through, documentation, review and user group meetings for requirements, user stories, and solutions. Interacting with product owners/scrum master/ participating in demo's and giving demos to the business Complete and Report out Quality Metrics to the project team. Demonstrating strong problem solving abilities Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality Strong communication skills and positive interactions with appropriate areas on problems, changes and enhancements that may impact data, workflow and /or functionality within Information Technology software Ability to adapt to and drive different software methodologies. This could include Agile and waterfall mixed. Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects Ability to lead programs of all sizes while complying with best practices Ability to work with minimal guidance Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project Lead by example. Volunteer to lead team meetings and mentor others. Share your knowledge with others. Drive process improvement and help define best practices Ability to flex between Business Analyst and User Acceptance Testing Analyst Assume accountability for overall quality of programs, including reviewing processes and deliverables within all phases of the program to ensure the right people, processes, tools and end deliverables are in place Assign work for resources working on the project Ensure quality processes are carried out through all phases of the project Ability to flex between Business Analyst and User Acceptance Testing Analyst Required Skills: Must have UAT test coordination and Lead experience. Successful candidates for this position will be highly motivated, self-starting and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team. Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience 3+ years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience or equivalent experience within operations Executive level exposure 3+ Quality Assurance Team Leadership experience Experience with Quality Assurance Client ALM or CA Agile testing tools 3+ years Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle Intermediate level experience (formula's/pivot tables) in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) & Share oint Demonstrated effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in writing and orally to individuals and groups Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities. Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrated appropriate responses to stressful and confusing situations at work. Demonstrated management of own emotions and the emotions of others. 3+ years working with requirement documents, user stories and solutions Anticipates and expects all kinds of conflict. Listens and questions to find the real source of the conflict and explores possible solutions collaboratively. Desired/Preferred Skills: Experience with Virtual Meetings Scrum Master/ Product Owner certification/PMP Certification 2 years Healthcare Industry experience huge plus and preferred.
