CLA is seeking to hire a Senior Workday HCM Reporting and Data Analyst in our Milwaukee, Madison or Minneapolis locations. If you are enthusiastic, a team player and detail oriented, apply today! This role will be responsible for developing reports, analyzing HCM data, and providing insights into the employee experience and employee trends to support business decisions. This role will also be responsible for creating and maintaining Workday reports to support People Solutions (HR) and business needs. As a Senior Workday HCM Reporting and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, provide insight and offer recommendations to support business decisions. Develop and maintain workforce metrics and dashboards. Create dashboards and visualizations to help stakeholders understand data. Collaborate with People Solutions (HR) and other departments to identify workforce issues and trends. Utilize Workday to develop, modify, and maintain dashboards to support the analysis. Workday Reporting: Identify reporting needs and requirements, create and maintain reports to meet needs. Develop and maintain Workday reports using report writing tools such as Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Studio and BIRT. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting. Other HRIS Functions: Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting. Troubleshoot and resolve report issues. Effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels across the firm. Stay up to date on Workday reporting best practices and new features. Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What you will need: 3+ years of workforce analysis and reporting experience required Workday HCM experience required Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration required (combination of education, training, and experience may be considered a degree equivalent) Our Perks: Flexible PTO (designed to offer flexible time away for you!)
