Job Description: Job Details: (Duty statements describing major tasks/duties, essential responsibilities, accountabilities, working relationships and key activities associated with the role.) Support the execution of national sector marketing plans for Industrial and Mission Critical. Develop and execute the national sector marketing plan and budget for Build-to-Suit. Provide execution support to industrial pursuits and other business development activities Coordinate in partnership with the national marketing team the development of custom marketing collateral and BD materials for Industrial, Build-to-Suit, Mission Critical and other sectors as assigned Support the execution of brand awareness activities - conferences/events, sponsorships, sector industry associations, media placements, awards, speaking engagements, direct or electronic mail, advertising, educational events and other sector communication channels In partnership with the national PR team, support sector PR efforts and placements Assist with writing needs for sector specific content including, speaking engagements, articles/white papers, collateral, etc. Data support in national CRM platform, ensuring that data is accurate and updated, producing reports as needed, managing contact lists and tracking BD activity Support the maintenance of proposal system materials including sector specific collateral, project summary sheets and bios Candidate Requirements (external): (This section should indicate required and preferred background experiences, education, skills, knowledge, abilities and competencies a candidate should have to be successful in the position) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) (Things a candidate should know and/or a skill or ability he or she should possess to be successful in the role) Excellent business and proposal writing skills and editing abilities Intermediate graphic design skills Demonstrated experience in commercial development and/or construction pursuits or high-end professional services Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Competency Profile (Competencies are the individual traits that correlate with successful performance in the organization, which reflect the organization's values. Should be self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative when required yet work under direction just as well Should be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, have excellent time management skills and be highly proficient at multitasking Shares the Ryan values and adds to the positive fabric of the team and the Ryan culture overall Background Experiences (These should include any relevant experiences a candidate should have had that would indicate he or she is likely to possess the KSAs and competencies listed above. Each experience listed below should directly tie to each of the above listed KSAs and competencies.) A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is required 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role Knowledge of database concepts (such as CRM systems and their uses) Must be able to create, work and deliver within a defined, often short, schedule Work successfully in a fast-paced team environment Must be able to hold others accountable for their contributions to top quality products and proposals Solid experience with the Microsoft Office suite Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite Ryan Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
